US Department of Homeland Security
The DHS's Transportation Security Administration (TSA) protects the Nation's transportation systems to ensure freedom of movement for people and commerce. They continuously set the standard for excellence in transportation security through its people, processes and technologies.

C-bridge successfully worked with the TSA to define and develop new terrorist risk assessment programs by implementing a specialty skill, system analysis and requirements definition. The C-bridge team consistently met with customers, partners, and government analysts to understand, gather, and document system requirements in order to build a more robust terrorist risk assessment system to better secure the airline industry.

US Department of Homeland Security
The mission of the DHS's Maritime and Land Department is to safely secure the U.S. maritime domain as well as the transport and shipping of goods through modes of land transportation such as rail and trucking.

C-bridge provided a Proof-of-Concept system that demonstrated interdependent risk assessment as well as terrorist risk assessment with the cooperation of a U.S. Port. The ability to provide risk assessments based on a combination of risk factors is a key component to the Maritime and Land Risk Assessment system. This Proof-of-Concept is usable as both an example of the possibilities for a new risk assessment system, but also as a demonstration tool used throughout the Department of Homeland Security.

Lockheed Martin
As a customer, C-bridge provides visioning, prototyping, and requirements definition to new risk assessment solutions that leverage the Radiant Trust ™ suite of products.

Recently, C-bridge has helped shape the vision of an Interdependent Risk Assessment and Risk Management Homeland Security System.

Economical Insurance Group
C-bridge worked closely with TEIG to build two releases of the extranet which services the company's hundreds of independent brokers across the country. TEIG employees, especially underwriters, also benefit from the power of the extranet. The first two releases provide policy inquiry, commercial policy quote and on-line product and pricing manuals, policy wordings and forms.

Quoting new commercial policies previously required hours of applied effort and a number of weeks of elapsed time. Now the on-line inquiry and automated policy quotes offered through the extranet allow brokers and underwriters to quote policies in minutes, dramatically improving service to policyholders and reducing associated effort. TEIG's insurance partners and professionals have more time to provide and sell value-added services.

The technical solution is a custom, multi-tiered gateway architecture using a Java and XSLT presentation layer, XML-based protocols and a WebSphere ™ application server and MQSI ™ to integrate policy data from mainframe applications.
